I graduated from the Calligraphy Course in the Department of Japanese Literature at Hanazono University.
As a calligrapher, I am primarily active in the Kansai and Kanto regions.
I was captivated by Japan’s unique culture of kana (hiragana and katakana) and acquired proficiency in kana in the style of Mr. Enokura Kozo. Moreover,
I showcase my works in kanji as well, not limiting myself to kana pieces, at solo and group exhibitions.
Starting in June 2023, I relocated from Himeji City in Hyogo Prefecture to Tokyo and began working as an instructor at the Nozao Calligraphy School.
In the world of calligraphy, it’s unusual to create artworks using both the left and right hands, and I am capable of both producing such works and providing instruction.
I possess a high level of skill in left-handed calligraphy, enabling me to offer detailed guidance to those who write with their left hand.
